Specific durometers have been chosen for all of our range, to optimise support where required and maximize comfort where needed.

They can be used to alleviate pressure from corns, callous, toe deformities and poor fitting footwear.

  • The Silicone Forefoot Cushion Sleeve offers a soft gel disc across the whole forefoot, to protect against friction and pressure. The gel disc serves as a soft tissue supplement where there is atrophy of the plantar fat pad or bony prominences. The gel disc is held in place by a soft elasticised flesh coloured sleeve covering the forefoot. Ideal for most footwear due to a new thin design.
  • Silicone Digital Toe Prop

    PhysiPod Toe Props are designed to lift and palliate the apices of the lesser toes. The tapered design follows the web space of the toes and is ideal for clawed and hammered toe deformities. Made of a medium durometer Silicone, the toe prop eases pain and discomfort to corns and callous by lifting and supporting the toes. Sold separately as left and right.

    The PhysiPod Silicone Bunion Sleeve offers a soft gel disc within a flesh coloured sleeve to cushion and protect painful bunions. The gel disc is held in place by the soft and conforming elasticised sleeve. Ideal for most footwear due to a new thin design.
  • Met Bar Sleeve

    The PhysiPod Met Bar Sleeve has been developed and clinically tested by our Podiatrist to significantly reduce forefoot pressure and overloading associated with a variety of forefoot conditions. The unique structure and shape of the gel pad, lifts and cradles the forefoot and aids in reducing pain and discomfort. This is ideal for Neuromas, Rheumatoid Nodules, Plantar Plate ruptures, Forefoot callous, wearing high heeled shoes and general mechanical complaints. DIRECTIONS:
    1. Slip the sleeve on as you would a sock and place the big toe through the toe-loop.
    2. The L (left) and R (right) indicators should be on the upper part of the foot.
    3. Position the thicker part of the pad just under the forefoot joints, of the 2nd to 4th toes. This will offload the pressure on the forefoot.
    CARE: Gently wash by hand as required. Air dry completely before reuse. Clinically tested to be effective for:

  • Gel Toe Wedge

    The PhysiPod Gel Toe Wedges are designed to fit between the first and second toe, to straighten and re-align overriding toes and relieve pressure from bunions. The soft gel palliates the toes and, also interdigital lesions, due to the molded wedge shape. Painful lesions are also softened by the mineral oil properties released to the skin.

The elastic fabric cover conforms and stretches to most toes and easily holds the soft gel pad in place. Gel Digital Dot Pads absorb pressure and friction, to cushion and protect from painful corns, callouses and blisters.

    The PhysiPod Gel Corn Pads have been specifically designed and formulated to cushion and protect from painful corns affecting the toes and pressure areas. Corns can develop due to excessive pressure on the foot from footwear. They can be painful and difficult to treat and are often recurring. The soft gel pad is an oval donut shape, self adherent, with a hole in the centre. The soft pad is designed to contour the toe and foot, providing cushioning around the corn. The pressure area now has immediate relief. Gel Corn Pads may be worn directly on your skin, or applied to the shoe. They are reusable and washable. Wash gently in warm water, no soap. Air dry, this will renew the adhesiveness. Directions for use: Apply over the painful area of the foot, or toe, ensuring the corn or pressure spot is within the inner circle of the gel pad
