We use Australia Post and Couriers for all orders depending on your location. Our goal being to send your goods to you in the quickest and cheapest way possible. We will process your orders within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri) to get your order to you as soon as possible. We endeavour to keep all our products in stock at all times. If an item becomes out of stock between ordering and shipping, we will advise you via phone or email (please advise us of your preferred means of communication)
Orders over $250 are sent freight free within Australia
• All goods returned as faulty will be inspected for a manufacturing defect.
• Items must not be used
• Packaging must be returned in a condition suitable for reselling
• A small shipping cost may be incurred when returning non-faulty exchange items based on the circumstances
• A 30 day limit exists; no return or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from date of issue
• You must quote the invoice/Receipt No. (and provide evidence of this)
